Care Centers and Clinics

Most of the new patients who come to MD Anderson every year are treated in one of our specialized Cancer Care Centers or clinics, which embody the team approach to cancer care that has become an MD Anderson trademark.

Cancer Care Centers

As an MD Anderson patient, your primary relationship will typically be with a multidisciplinary Care Center, where surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation therapists and other cancer specialists work together under one roof for truly multidisciplinary cancer treatment.

Children’s Cancer Hospital

The Children’s Cancer Hospital at MD Anderson is a special place for treating children, adolescents and young adults with cancer. What sets us apart is our expertise, research and family-centered care.

Specialty & Treatment Centers

Your primary care center team may refer you to one of the following specialty or treatment centers for consultation or treatment.

MD Anderson has single-focus clinics that provide our patients with treatment, consultation or screening services for cancer or cancer-related health issues. An internal referral from your MD Anderson health care team may be required to access these clinics.
