The Rareview cBio Portal contains datasets from the STRIDE Rare Tumor Initiative and the Patient Mosaic project. These datasets are made up of genomic profiling (WES, WGS and RNAseq) of over 1,800 samples, tumor and germline specimens from over 1,000 patients with rare cancers and from a small cohort of patients with more commonly occurring cancers treated with immunotherapies. Patients are annotated with a high-level diagnosis grouping and a specific diagnosis grouping.
