Dataset Details
STRIDE Rare Tumor Initiative and the Patient Mosaic project: This dataset is made of genomic profiling (WES, WGS, and RNAseq) of over 1,800 samples, tumor and germline specimens, from over 1,000 patients with rare cancers and a small cohort of patients with more commonly occurring cancers treated with immunotherapies. Patients are annotated with a high-level diagnosis grouping and a specific diagnosis grouping.
STRIDE Andrew M. McDougall Brain Metastasis Clinic and Research Program: This dataset includes profiling of over 100 brain metastasis tumors obtained from craniotomy tumor resection. The primary diagnosis is provided in the clinical data.
