The McAllister Lab is always interested in recruiting highly-motivate students and postdoctoral fellows passionate about understanding the influence of the immune system on cancer development using mouse models as well as their translational applications. Florencia McAllister, M.D. is part of the Tumor Immunology and Cancer Biology programs within MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
Students interested in rotations are encouraged to email Florencia McAllister, M.D., to discuss current projects in the laboratory.
A rotation in our laboratory should serve three goals:
- To define if our laboratory microenvironment is a good match for you
- To understand what projects are available in the laboratory
- To learn basic immunological techniques
