Basic
Protein-ID/IP analysis
- Identification of proteins from low-complexity samples (e.g. immunoprecipitation) from in solution digestion or SDS-PAGE gels
- Includes detection of PTMs without prior enrichment
Global proteome analysis
- Comprehensive proteome quantification of cell or tissue lysates with statistical comparison between conditions
- We recommend 2–10 ug of starting material
Phospho-proteome analysis
- Quantitative profiling of phosphoproteomes after enrichment
- Includes the measurement of the corresponding full proteome and statistical analysis
- We recommend 60 ug of starting material
Clinical & Translational
Body fluid profiling (basic)
- Profiling of neat body fluids (plasma, serum, CSF, etc.) without additional depletion
Body fluid profiling (enhanced)
- Profiling of body fluids with improved coverage using basic depletion protocol (e.g. perchloric acid)
