Services and Pricing
We provide guidance to investigators in experimental design and statistical considerations. Please contact David Hawke to schedule an appointment to discuss your project.
Our Services
Protein Identification
- High sensitivity LC-MS/MS analysis
- Common sample types include gel bands, IP beads, solutions, etc.
- Pricing: (Per run; complex samples may require multiple runs)
- Internal & Academic (In Network)-$200/run
- Academic (Out of Network)-$200/run (+60% Overhead)
- Non-academic-$400/run (+60% Overhead)
Molecular Weight Determination
- Check the MW of your peptide or molecule
- Proteins may also be measured if enough clean protein is available (larger proteins are less reliable)
- Pricing:
- Internal & Academic (In Network)-$50/sample
- Academic (Out of Network)-$50/sample (+60% Overhead)
- Non-academic-$100/sample (+60% Overhead)
Quantitative Protein Analysis
- Individual proteins (e.g., therapeutic proteins) or multiple proteins (see below) can be quantified in a single experiment
- Stable isotope methods (e.g., SILAC, iTRAQ, TMT, and SIL peptides)
- Non-isotopic methods (e.g., SRM/MRM and label-free)
- Quantitative Protein Profiling (e.g., MRM, HRM or DIA (Swath-like) methods, with or without reference peptides (See Lists available or custom lists can be built)
- Pricing:
- Will vary
Post-translational Modification Analysis
- Phosphorylation, acetylation, and other modifications
- Phosphorylation Analysis - New chemical modification approach facilitates analysis of multiply phosphorylated peptides (difficult to analyze by the usual MS methods)
- Pricing:
- Internal & Academic (In Network)-$500/sample
- Academic (Out of Network)-$500/sample (+60% Overhead)
- Non-academic-$1,000/sample (+60% Overhead)
LC or LC-MS Analysis
- Size exclusion chromatography (LC only) and simple LC-MS
- Pricing:
- Internal & Academic (In Network)-$150/sample
- Academic (Out of Network)-$150/sample (+60% Overhead)
- Non-academic-$300/sample (+60% Overhead)
Equipment Usage
- For trained users only
- Pricing:
- Internal & Academic (In Network)-$50/hr
- Academic (Out of Network)-$80/hr (+60% Overhead)
- Non-academic-$160/hr (+60% Overhead)
Additional Data Analysis
- Bioinformatics, statistics, pathway analysis
- Assistance preparing materials for manuscripts or grants
- Pricing:
- $250 (data generated by Proteomics and Metabolomics Facility) (+60% Overhead for Out of Network and Non-academic Customers)
- $500 (data generated elsewhere; e.g. RPPA, genomics, etc.) (+60% Overhead for Out of Network and Non-academic Customers)
