Services
EVcore provides routine services for extracellular vesicle isolation, purification, molecular characterization, molecular analysis, content detection and subtype sorting. EVcore supports large-scale EV engineering and production, with fees varying by project need and available upon request. Our staff are also available to assist users with experimental design and downstream computational support on an hourly basis. Kindly note that EVcore does not offer user access to the instrumentation.
An initial consultation call will be scheduled with new users, free of charge, to ensure that we can best serve the needs of your project. New users should complete the EVcore Project Intake Form, and our team will contact you to schedule the online consultation.
All services requests will be managed through the EVcore iLab site following the consultation.
If new services are needed, or we may be able to support your project through a service not listed, please contact us.
EVcore Fee Structure
The Extracellular Vesicles and Exosomes Core Facility (EVcore) gratefully acknowledges funding from the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) Grant #RP250533.
EVcore provides support for cancer and non-cancer related projects across academia and industry, as capacity permits.
Investigators seeking support for cancer-related projects will receive prorated fees and service priority, consistent with the purpose and objectives of CPRIT.
In-Network Organizations: Baylor College of Medicine, University of Houston, Rice University, Houston Methodist Research Institute, Texas A&M Institute of Biosciences and Technology, The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, The University of Texas at Arlington, The University of Texas at Austin, The University of Texas at Dallas, The University of Texas at Tyler, The University of Texas of the Permian basis, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, The University of Texas at San Antonio, The University of Texas at El Paso, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center
Non-GMP: All listed prices reflect non-GMP research services. EVcore capabilities replicate both equipment and processes utilized for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP-like); however, standard service offerings are conducted under research-use conditions and not within GMP-certified cleanroom environments.
GMP: GMP-compliant manufacturing, testing and documentation may be arranged by special request. These services would incur additional cost. EVcore Administration is constantly evaluating community demand for GMP-compliant services to inform future expansion. Please contact us directly for further details.
