Getting Information on Your Mobile Device
MyChart mobile app: Access your health record
MyChart is a secure website and mobile app that helps you manage your care at MD Anderson. With MyChart, you can access your health information, send messages, reschedule or request appointments, see test results, view patient education materials and pay bills.
You can access MyChart on your mobile phone or tablet by using the free MyChart mobile app. To download, search for “MyChart” in the App Store or Google Play. If you already have the MyChart mobile app, login in and select The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center to see your health record.
Starting Nov. 11, you need only one login for all of your MyChart accounts across different health care organizations.
Using this one passcode, you may access your medical records from any organization that you have a MyChart account with.

How to view your notes and results in MyChart
You are encouraged to use MyChart to view your health information.
You may select your preference when viewing their lab results in MyChart. You can opt to see their results as soon as possible or wait to see their results after your care team has seen them.
- If you select Show me test results as soon as possible, you will see their outpatient pathology, cytopathology, and imaging after one business day. Inpatient results will be released in two batches per day - 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- If you select Wait to show me test results, you won’t see any changes. Outpatient pathology, cytopathology, and imaging results will still be released after 2 business days. Inpatient results will be released after final results in the 9 a.m. batch.
All patients will be able to see lab details in the Upcoming Tests and Procedures menu.
MyChart support is available 24/7 at 1-877-632-6789 option 3.
