MyChart login change (October 2020)
We changed our MyChart login screen so that patients can reset passwords and recover usernames themselves using self-service features within MyChart.
Tips for logging in:
- If you have an existing username/login ID, you will need to use it to log in. If you cannot remember your username, select Forgot Username to recover it. You may need to reset your password after you recover your username.
- If you have used a 6-digit medical record number (MRN) as your username to log in in the past, please add a 0 in front of your MRN to log in.
- The first time you log in, you will need to accept the Terms & Conditions before accessing your account. If you decline, your account will be deactivated, and you’ll have to call askMDAnderson to restore it.
- Mobile app sign-in shortcuts: If you use MyChart on an iPhone, you will need to update your Touch ID password. This means you should go back to the login page for the mobile app and use the username and password to log in again. Once logged back into the mobile app, you can re-establish the mobile app sign-in shortcut in Account Settings.
If you still need help after using these tips, call askMDAnderson at 1-877-632-6789. We are currently experiencing high call volumes and appreciate your patience. We apologize for this inconvenience.
