Lymphoma & Myeloma Center
Cancers that affect the blood cells require specialized treatment. At M. D. Anderson, we have a center exclusively dedicated to diagnosing, treating and managing lymphomas and myelomas. It is part of the Hematology Specialty Center, one of the largest multidisciplinary programs for hematology in the nation. Our research programs are designed to translate the latest discoveries into clinical applications for patients.
The Lymphoma and Myeloma Center offers many novel treatment options:

The Lymphoma and Myeloma Center uses M. D. Anderson's renowned team approach to treatment. Top-notch medical oncologists, radiation therapists, clinical pharmacists, advanced nurse practitioners, research and clinic nurses, and physician assistants work together. Our team also includes social workers, financial counselors, dieticians and patient advocates--all dedicated to getting you through your fight with cancer.
The Center staff treats Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, as well as multiple myeloma and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.

Patients can be referred to the Lymphoma & Myeloma Center for cancer diagnosis, treatment or screening.
