Welcome to the Ludwig Lab. Our laboratory investigates the effect of extracellular matrix and tumor microenvironmental cues on sarcomas. We are particularly interested in how different spatial organization, phenotypes and differentiation states of the sarcomas affect their response to biologically-targeted therapies.
