Customer Service Hours

Normal business hours for Supply Chain Management are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vendor visits are permitted from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bid responses are accepted 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, unless otherwise identified as a due date. It is recommended that you make an appointment before calling and limit your sales call to 20 minutes. If you require more than 20 minutes, please inform us when you make the appointment. Upon arrival, please check in at the receptionist desk.

Parking

Supply Chain Management visitors are required to park in the designated visitors parking area of the Mid Campus One Building, 7007 Bertner Ave (parking rates are below).
