The purpose of the Multidisciplinary Gynecologic Cancer Translational Research Tumor Bank is to provide investigators with primary human tissue for research projects relating to ovarian cancer. Priority for samples should be given to the MD Anderson scientific community.
Our goals are to promote collaborative research and to provide investigators with tissue for research projects relating to gynecologic cancers.
We handle the consent, collection, processing, storage and distribution of primary ovarian tumor samples as well as ascites, blood and urine of ovarian cancer patients.
