Currently, the CCIR has 40 members who are tenure-track faculty from the Departments of Immunology, Lymphoma & Myeloma, Melanoma Medical Oncology, Dermatology, Stem Cell Transplantation & Cellular Therapy, Neurosurgery, GU Medical Oncology, and Molecular & Cellular Oncology. Moreover, the CCIR includes 21 non-tenure track faculty, 104 research staff, 26 technical staff, 56 postdoctoral fellows, 26 graduate and 3 college students plus 39 administrative staff as personnel. The South Campus Research Building I is the dedicated facility for housing all CCIR offices, laboratories as well as Core Facilities in flow cytometry, antibody production, protein expression and purification, generation of transgenic/knockout mice, histology, immune monitoring of patient samples, and confocal microscopy.
