Eating the right foods and keeping a healthy weight can help reduce your chances of cancer and other diseases.
But maintaining a healthy diet is often easier said than done. That’s why Focused on Health is launching a nutrition challenge in January, called Healthy Bites.
Challenge yourself to make small changes
Each month, you’ll find a new food challenge in your Focused on Health email. An added bonus – each challenge helps you prevent cancer.
We’ll also share new tools, recipes and tips to help you complete each month’s challenge.
Need more motivation? You’ll get to read and watch stories from people who’ve already taken the Healthy Bites challenge. They’ll share their favorite part of the challenge, obstacles they faced and advice for success.
Invite others to join in
Anyone can participate! Invite friends and family to join you by sending them a Healthy Bites eCard. All they have to do is sign-up for Focused on Health, and they’ll receive monthly challenge information.
With the right support, this can be your year to make a healthy change for good.
