Where to Donate Blood
The M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Blood Bank provides our patients with safe, high-quality blood components. Each year M. D. Anderson patients require the use of more than 180,000 blood components (red cells, platelets, plasma, and white cells).
In order to meet this goal, we have two convenient Medical Center-area donation facilities and a third location in the Clear Lake-area. We also hold regular blood drives throughout the greater Houston area. Call us at (713) 792-7777 to schedule a blood drive in your community.
