CPRIT Training Program
The Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) Training Program recruits and educates exceptional predoctoral, postdoctoral and undergraduate students to position them for a career in cancer research.
- Predoctoral students may apply for the CPRIT Graduate Scholar program
- Postdoctoral students may apply for the CPRIT TRIUMPH program
- Undergraduates may apply for the CPRIT Summer Undergraduate program
The MD Anderson CPRIT Training Grant supports up to eight CPRIT Graduate Scholars per year and seven TRIUMPH Scholars per year including stipends, fringe benefits and a modest travel allowance. The undergraduate program accepts up to 20 students each summer.
The program is led by Dr. Raymond DuBois, principal investigator and provost and executive vice president at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He works in conjunction with co-principal investigators, Dr. Oliver Bogler, Dr. Khandan Keyomarsi and Dr. Stephanie Watowich.
