Registration Information
- Pre-registration is closed.
- On-site registration opens at 7:00 am on Friday, April 16, 2010 in the foyer of the 8th Floor Conference Center, in MD Anderson’s Cancer Prevention Building, 1155 Pressler, Houston, Texas, 77030.The opening session of the conference will begin at 7:35 am on Friday, April 16, 2010, and the conference will adjourn at 11:45 am on Sunday, April 18, 2010.
Parking: Friday, April 16, 2010
Please park in the garage located beneath the Mays Clinic building, 1220 Holcombe Boulevard. Mays Clinic is adjacent to the Cancer Prevention Building.
- Valet Parking ($15.00/day) – enter at ENTRANCE 7 located at Richard J.V. Johnson Boulevard and Holcombe Boulevard (on the south side of Holcombe).
- Self-Parking ($10.00/day) – enter at ENTRANCE 5 located on Bertner Avenue. Bertner Avenue borders Mays Clinic and crosses Holcombe Boulevard. Take a ticket to enter the garage and present this ticket to the attendant when you leave in order to pay the parking fee.
Parking Saturday and Sunday, April 17 and 18, 2010
- Parking will be available in the Pressler parking garage across the street from the Cancer Prevention Building. An attendant will be at the Pressler Street garage entrance to raise the gate arm to let you into the garage. Park your car on the 4th floor of the garage, walk across the crosswalk, and follow the signs to the 8th floor of the Cancer Prevention Building. When you depart the conference, if an attendant is not on duty to raise the gate arm, please press the call button at the gate . Tell the person who answers that you were attending the Ultrasound in the New Millennium Conference and you need to exit the garage.
The deadline for advance registration is Friday, April 2, 2010.

The course registration fee includes the tuition, final program syllabus, breakfasts, lunches, and breaks. Please refer to the registration form for specific information.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
The registration fee, minus a $50 administrative handling fee, is refundable if a written request is received on or before Friday, April 2, 2010. No refunds will be granted after that date. The request for a registration
refund must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution check. Although no refunds will be granted afterApril 2, 2010, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by mail, e-mail, or at the phone or fax numbers given on the registration form.
In case of activity cancellation, the liability of the Department of CME/Conference Management is limited to the registration fee. CME/Conference Management will refund the full registration fee. The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
