The overarching aim of the Population Genomics Core (PGC) facility is to deliver flexible, high-quality and high-throughput Illumina BeadChip microarray and Taqman assay services to advance research on SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) genotyping, copy number variation, gene expression and methylation profiling.
Additional PGC services include controlled access to blood DNA specimens banked under specific MD Anderson protocols to promote collaborative research.
