ASPIRE is a web-based, interactive curriculum for middle- and high-school teachers to educate students on the dangers of tobacco products. The program is available in English and Spanish.
Cancer Risk Reduction Presentations
MD Anderson experts are available to speak in Houston and surrounding areas on the benefits of healthy lifestyle behaviors and cancer screening exams.
Cervical Cancer and HPV Education
This one-hour program educates women about the importance of the HPV vaccine, regular cervical cancer screening, risk factors and other preventive behaviors. It is available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Colorectal Cancer Education
This program educates men and women about colorectal cancer screening exams, risk factors and preventive behaviors. It is available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. It can be presented in one session or three sessions.
MD Anderson representatives are available to provide cancer prevention information at health fairs or special health-related events in Houston and surrounding areas.
Sunbeatables™ is a sun-safety curriculum for preschool teachers to educate children and parents about sun protection and promote sun safety behaviors in an effort to reduce children’s lifetime risk of developing skin cancer.
Teen Tobacco Prevention Program (Ages 11-18)
The Teen Tobacco Prevention Program educates middle and high school students on the dangers of tobacco and provides them with skills to refuse tobacco products. Role playing and visual aids are incorporated into each session.
Tobacco 101 (Adults)
Tobacco 101 educates adults on the dangers of tobacco.
Too Cool to Smoke (Grades K-4)

The puppet show educates children about the dangers of tobacco use and the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.
Tu Salud Si Cuenta (Your Health Matters)
This interactive program educates participants on how to increase their physical activity and eat healthy. It includes four 90-minute sessions: healthy portions for a healthy weight, benefits of fruits and vegetables, tips to stay active, and understanding and preventing cancer.
Sessions are conducted in Spanish or English.
