Flow Cytometry Core Facility

The Flow Cytometry Core Facility in the Department of Molecular Carcinogenesis at Science Park provides investigators with the ability to isolate rare viable cell subsets from different types of normal and tumor single-cell suspensions based on differential expression of surface antigens. Multiparameter immunofluorescence analysis also allows investigators to quantify the frequency of cell subsets that express various combinations of surface and/or cytoplasmic proteins in the same cell preparation. Additional analytical services include analysis of apoptosis, cell cycle analysis, single-cell deposition and identification of side-population stem cells.

Services

  • Cell sorting

  • Apoptosis analysis
  • Cell cycle analysis
