Welcome to the Pancreatic Cancer Study Group website: The goal of this website is to serve as a resource for people currently being tested for pancreatic cancer, patients who have already been  diagnosed with this illness, and also for people with or without a medical background who want to learn more about this disease.

The mission of the Pancreatic Cancer Study Group of the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center is:

• To provide the best possible care for our patients by effectively integrating multiple medical disciplines in the overall management of patients with pancreatic cancer. Specialties include: Surgical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Diagnostic Radiology, Pathology, Radiation Oncology, Epidemiology and Clinical Nutrition.
• To improve our techniques for early diagnosis and treatment through Basic and Translational Research.
