The HUB & Federal Small Business Program of The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center was established to identify Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) and small business concerns (veterans, service-disabled veterans, woman-owned, HUB Zone, small disadvantaged businesses and small businesses) and encourage them to participate in the competitive bid process with the objective of increasing the number of contracts awarded to said vendors.

The information on this web site has been prepared to familiarize you with our program and staff. We believe this information will help you better understand our organization and provide you with the information necessary to make your business transactions with us successful.

Location

The HUB & Federal Small Business Program is located within Supply Chain Services at 1020 Holcombe Boulevard, Suite 14.1450. Our mailing address is HUB & Federal Small Business Program Unit 546, P.O. Box 301439, Houston TX 77230-1439. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Vendor visits are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment only. Sourcing & Contract Management and Purchasing Services' main telephone number is (713) 745-8300. Please make an appointment before visiting the HUB & Federal Small Business Program. Visitor parking is available.
