To maximize tax savings, insurance premiums are taken on a pre-tax basis for the following coverage:
- Medical - Employee and Dependent
- Dental - Employee and Dependent
- Vision - Employee and Dependent
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment - Employee and Dependent
- Life Insurance - Employee only up to $50,000
