Michael R. Levy, founder and former publisher of Texas Monthly magazine, has been a member of the MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors since 1985. In 1989, he received the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Award for Excellence in Media. Levy resides in Austin. Full story
