Application Process

You should begin the application process one year before you expect to enter the program. The Admissions Committee, comprised of the medical director, program director and two additional faculty members, begins the selection process in the winter preceding the August entry date. While your transcript record will be given the most weight in the selection process, committee members will also consider your statement, interview and faculty reference letters. Relevant work experience may also warrant consideration.

Students will be selected over the winter, spring, and summer months for the August class as part of the rolling admissions process. All applicants will be notified of their status by June 15. Students not selected for the program must petition in writing if they wish to be considered for a later class.

The Application and Recommendation Forms can be completed on-line. Deadline for Applications and supporting documents may be found on the "How to Apply" section of this website.
