Application Process

You should begin the application process one year before you expect to enter the program. The Admissions Committee, comprised of the program director, two additional faculty members and the SHP recruiter, begins the selection process during the winter preceding the August entry date. While your transcript record will be given the most weight in the selection process, committee members will also consider your personal statement, interview and faculty reference letters. Relevant work experience may also warrant consideration.

Students will be selected over the winter and spring months for the August class.

The Application and Recommendation Forms may be completed online. Application and supporting documents may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Qualified students are accepted on a rolling basis, with a deadline of August 2.
