Training, Mentoring and Career Development Committee

Composed of faculty from both MD Anderson and the University of Puerto Rico System who have strong, well-recognized records for their experience in training, mentoring and fostering the career development of trainees, this committee will:

  • Assess ongoing training and career development programs
  • Serve as advisors to the co-leaders on programmatic changes
  • Evaluate new training program proposals
  • Aid in the recruitment of a larger applicant pool
  • Facilitate the matching of all trainees with appropriate mentors
