GAP 2013 Poster Session
The GAP 2013 Conference posters will be displayed as noted below. Please refer to the Poster List to locate your poster board number and display dates/times.
Poster Display - Dates/Times
- DAY 1 Posters will be displayed April 3 from 8:00 am until 11:30 am April 4 (indicated in orange on the poster list).
- DAY 2 Posters will be displayed April 4 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm April 5 (indicated in green on the poster list).
Poster Guidelines
- All posters should be 4 x 4 ft. (or 48" x 48") Note: due to space limitations and the number of posters accepted - we are requesting 4 x 4 ft. posters. (If you have already prepared a 4 x 8 ft. poster we will still accept this size. Poster board dimensions - 4 feet high by 8 feet wide).
