Registration Information
Pre-Registration is now closed, you may register on-site.
- On-site registration and check-in opens at 7:15 am on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, in the Hickey Auditorium Foyer, Floor 11 of the R. Lee Clark Clinic, MD Anderson, 1515 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas.
- The opening session will begin at 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, in Hickey Auditorium and Anderson Conference Hall, and the course will adjourn at 4:45 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2013.
The Physician Board Review Course registration fee includes materials, continental breakfasts, lunches, and breaks; however, it DOES NOT include registration to the 17th Annual Conference.
You must REGISTER SEPARATELY if you wish to attend the Palliative Care Conference.
Board Review Course registration DOES NOT include the Conference.

Online registrations will automatically receive a receipt/confirmation letter to the email address used on the registration form. Please add "register@mdanderson.org" to your email address book to avoid the receipt/confirmation correspondence being sent to your SPAM folder. Registrations by fax or postal mail will receive a receipt/confirmation letter within ten working days of receipt of payment.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
The registration fee, minus a $50 administration-handling fee, is refundable if a written request is received on or before September 16, 2013. No refunds will be granted after that date. The request for a registration refund must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution check. The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date, if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by mail, e-mail, or at the phone or fax numbers given on the registration form.
In case of activity cancellation, the liability of the Department of CME/Conference Management is limited to the registration fee. CME/Conference Management will refund the full registration fee. The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
