As part of the Research Histology, Pathology and Imaging Core (RHPI), Imaging Services provides specialized animal imaging services to researchers. Our IVIS Spectrum in vivo imaging system, recently funded by a CPRIT Shared Instrumentation Award, is supported through this core. provides state-of-the-art bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging capabilities. The Spectrum permits rapid, quantitative, and sensitive imaging for longitudinal studies.
In addition to live imaging, we also assist investigators in determining the best ante-mortem imaging techniques for their study goals and interpreting the results obtained. To discuss imaging needs, please contact our staff.
