Interested applicants must possess an MHA, MBA (with an emphasis in health care management), MPH, or equivalent degree from a CAHME, CEPH or AACSB accredited school by the start of the fellowship. Applicants must be in the final year of an accredited graduate program. Students whose graduate programs require an administrative residency after completing classroom curriculum are eligible to apply. Applicants must also possess a GPA of 3.0 or above and be able to maintain U.S. legal residency throughout the fellowship year. MD Anderson does not sponsor visas at this time.
MD Anderson is a member of the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) and adheres to the dates set forth by the “Code of Good Practice” for application deadlines, offer dates and offer acceptance timeframe. Although a member of NCAF, the MD Anderson Cancer Center Administrative Fellowship is not available using the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application System (NAFCAS) portal. Instead, all application materials must be submitted to DISCOVER.
