Parking Garages
There are three parking garages with easy access to MD Anderson. Two are operated by the Texas Medical Center (TMC), and the third is owned and operated by MD Anderson.
TMC Garages
- Garage 10: open 24 hours a day, linked by sky bridge to the Main Building. Costs range from $2 (every 20 minutes) to $12 (up to 24 hours)
- Garage 2: open 24 hours a day, located near the Alkek Hospital entrance. Costs range from $2 (every 20 minutes) to $12 (up to 24 hours)

Mays Clinic/CPB Patient and Visitor Garage
The Mays Clinic/CPB Patient and Visitor Garage is located on Bertner Avenue. Use Entrance Marker 5 on Holcombe Boulevard. It's open 6:00 a.m. - midnight, Monday through Friday. For more information, call the MD Anderson Parking office at 713-563-7275.

Valet Parking
Valet parking is provided at four locations:
- Main Building, Clark Clinic (The Aquarium)
- Mays Clinic
- Radiation Treatment Center
- Rotary House International
Cars parked by an MD Anderson valet attendant can be picked up at any MD Anderson valet location regardless of where the car was parked. For after hours access, please see a security guard. For more information, call 713-563-1141.
Fees
- Main Building, Rotary House and Mays Clinic: $15 flat rate
- Radiation Treatment Center: validation provided for first 2 hours; $20 thereafter
Car Drop Off Hours (subject to change):
- Main Building, Clark Clinic (The Aquarium): 24 hours a day/7 days per week
- Mays Clinic: 5:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (or last patient)
- Radiation Treatment Center: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (or last patient) By appointment only ($20 after 2 hours)
Prepaid SmartChip Parking
Pre-paid SmartChips offer discounted rates and in-and-out parking privileges. If you plan to park for several consecutive days, or for repeated trips to the Texas Medical Center, consider purchasing one of the SmartChip options:

Remote Parking
Remote surface parking is available in the Satellite Lot (also known as South Extension Lot or Brown Lot). Weekly or monthly contracts are not available.
Free shuttle bus service (provided by METRO) is available. The White shuttle operates between 4:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday. It stops on the corner of Bates Street and Bertner Avenue. For information, call Texas Medical Center Customer Relations, 713-791-6161.

- 0-4 hours: $1.00
- 4-6 hours: $2.00
- 6-8 hours: $4.00
- 8-24 hours: $6.00
- Lost Chip: $10.00
Directions from MD Anderson Cancer Center:
- Go east from MD Anderson on Holcombe Blvd. to first traffic light (South Braeswood Blvd.)
- Turn right (south), go about 1-2 blocks until you cross bridge over Braes Bayou.
- Turn left (east) at the first traffic light (William C. Harvin Blvd).
- Drive through until you see the section for patients/visitors on right side.
Metro South Fannin Park & Ride Lot
This lot at 1604 West Bellfort offers parking for $2.00/day, with access to the METRORail Red Line to the Texas Medical Center.
