Notes
- Xylene Cyanol runs ~4 Kb; Bromophenol Blue ~200-400 bp; Orange G at bottom of gel.
- 10 ml of 6X should last you several years.
- You can use any combination of dyes for your loading buffer -- just choose the ones that won't obscure the bands you want to see. An Orange G alone buffer, for instance, will never have a dye front that obscures your bands.
