Payment to UT Television is typically by interdepartmental transfer (IDT) on a monthly basis as work is performed.
Clients from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston:
An Interagency Contract (IAC) exists between UTHSCH and MD Anderson that is applicable to all UTHSCH schools and departments. At the time of request for services, a cost estimate or proposal based on rates included in the IAC will be submitted by UT Television. This estimate/proposal will become a supplement to the IAC. Payment to UT Television is typically via purchase order or upon receipt of an invoice from UT Television; the receiving UTHSCH department submits a check request.
Clients from other organizations:
Payment to UT Television is by check payable to UT Television on a monthly basis as work is performed. Depending upon the scope of work to be performed, a customized payment schedule may be developed to coincide with various production stages and/or benchmarks.
