Dr. Bita Esmaeli is a full-time ophthalmologist, with subspecialty training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Esmaeli's clinical interests include the management of primary and metastatic orbital tumors, surgical management of eyelid and conjunctival malignancies, lacrimal surgery and periocular reconstruction. Dr. Dan Gombos is a full-time ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in ocular oncology. His areas of clinical interest involve the management of primary intraocular tumors including uveal melanoma and retinoblastoma, conjunctival tumors, metastatic involvement of the eye and orbit, ocular graft versus host disease, ocular complications and toxicities of patients with breast cancer, radiation and plaque surgery of the eye. Dr. Stella K. Kim is a full-time ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in cornea, external diseases and refractive surgery. Her current clinical and research interests include acute and chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease and other complicated anterior surface disease, cataract and refractive surgery, radiation-induced ocular pathologies, ophthalmic manifestations of CNS tumors and primary and metastatic orbital and ocular tumors, in particular, conjunctival malignancies. Dr. Jade S. Schiffman has dual board certification in neurology and ophthalmology and completed subspecialty training in neuro-ophthalmology. A diagnostician who specializes in diseases of the eye and nervous system, with expertise in neuro-ophthalmology, she evaluates patients with vision loss, double vision, nystagmus, eye pain, and pupillary and lid disturbances. Her interests lie in neuro-ophthalmic complications associated with cancer, including those related to paraneoplastic conditions, chemotherapy, radiation, and carcinomatous meningitis.
