Physician Assistant Student Elective Rotation
MD Anderson Cancer Center provides elective rotations to PA students from schools across the country. Clinical elective rotations are available in various oncology and cancer-related disciplines. In addition to clinical elective rotations, students may arrange educational and administrative rotations as well.
Postgraduate Physician Assistant Program in Oncology
MD Anderson offers the only clinical fellowship program in oncology for physician assistants. This is a one-year program designed to develop the next generation of adult oncology clinicians with the skills necessary to provide outstanding patient care by training PA fellows in multidisciplinary settings with practical hands-on training and supportive supervised practice. This program is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.
