Together in Hope is a conference for brain tumor patients and their families. It is designed to answer questions about the newest research on the causes and treatment of brain tumors and strategies for dealing with issues faced by brain tumor patients, their loved ones and caregivers. We invite you to join us and take part in an exciting exploration of new therapies and sharing of common experiences.

Highlights

  • Rose Run

    Run for the Rose, hosted by the Dr. Marnie Rose Foundation, raises money for brain cancer research here at MD Anderson. 

    The 11th annual event was held on April 14, 2013.

    Teams of supporters honor brain cancer fighters, survivors and others who lost their battle.

    MD Anderson volunteered nurses and physicians to run the medical tent and first aid stations.

    About 75 brain cancer survivors attended the race. These heroes worn orange hats.

    MD Anderson neurosurgeons worked with Ameribrain to design and build an anatomically correct and informative blow-up brain that people can walk through.

    Team Kelly is one of many race groups that helped the race raise over $500,000.
