Lectures and Seminars
Interaction between faculty, clinicians and students is highly encouraged. Numerous program activities foster this environment, including the following seminars and meetings:
John H. Blaffer Seminar Series
Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. in Onstead Auditorium, BSRB S3.8012
Each week from September through May, at the John H. Blaffer Seminar Series, an internationally recognized scientist is invited to speak and present his or her latest results. Students have the opportunity to meet and interact with these distinguished scientists, and each year they are encouraged as a group to select, invite and host a speaker for one of the Blaffer lectures.
Research Seminar Series
Fridays at 11:30 a.m. in the GSBS Large Classroom (S3.8371)
In the Research Seminar Series, scheduled on a rotational basis, a graduate student or postdoctoral fellow presents his or her most recent work. Contact Dr. Pierre McCrea at email@example.com for more information.
