Anesthesia Assessment Center
The Anesthesia Assessment Center (AAC) provides comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient evaluations as well as information and patient education regarding anesthesia services. Pre-anesthetic evaluation includes the identification of any medical problems that need to be addressed prior to surgery, the interpretation of pre-procedure diagnostic tests and labs. We work closely with Internal Medicine Perioperative Assessment Center (IMPAC) to provide medical clearance to our patients that will ensure safe anesthesia delivery. The clinic is staffed by three physicians and three physician assistants. In addition to clinic work, we also conduct anesthesia assessments over the phone for patients who qualify.
