The Office for Postdocs regularly hosts welcome orientations for new postdoctoral fellows and continues to serve as the main point-of-contact for trainees seeking research, education, wellness and administrative resources throughout their appointment.

The office provides a variety of learner-centered, evidence-based programs to help trainees develop core competencies that are critical to their professional success. It also offers career advising services and tools to help trainees explore various career paths and prepare for the chapter of their lives. 

The Office for Postdoctoral Fellows reguarly collaborates with the Postdoctoral Association and the MD Anderson Alumni Association to promote trainee engagement and foster life-long connections.
