IVIS 200

Caliper Life Sciences IVIS 200: This optical fluorescence/bioluminescence imaging system features 5 narrow-band excitation filters ranging from 445nm-760 and 10 narrow-band emission filters ranging from 515nm-875nm. FOVs range from 3.9x3.9cm up to 26cmx26cm. The 26cm FOV allows for up to 5 animals at a time for increased throughput. The IVIS 200 has a minimum resolution of 60uM at F/1. Spectral un-mixing algorithms allow separation of response of various reporters from blue to near-infrared wavelengths.
