Aushon, 2470 Arrayer with 24 Pins: Aushon’s 2470 microarrayer produces high quality arrays of DNA, proteins, cell lysates and a variety of other samples using its proprietary soft touch deposition technology. The 2470 is a highly engineered platform designed with quality, reliability, flexibility and true walk-away automation in mind. Its unique deposition technology enables printing of even complex biological samples onto a broad range of substrates such as slides, membranes, microtiter plate wells, disks, wafers and chips. An additional feature is the humidity chamber that reduces the loss of material when arraying.
Molecular Devices 4400A Microarray Scanner: The GenePix 4400 Microarray Scanner acquires image data at user-selectable resolution between 2.5 and 100 mm per pixel, with choices of up to 4 lasers for excitation and 16 emission-wavelength filters. These options allow the system to detect a wide variety of fluorophores. The non-confocal optics of the 4400A scanner are designed specifically for microarray imaging with ultra-sensitive photomultiplier (PMT) detectors. The GenePix Scanner is designed to work with GenePix pro Microarray Analysis Software as a complete integrated platform.
Wyatt Technology Calypso II (CG-MALS): Composition-Gradient Multi-Angle Light Scattering employs a series of unfractionated samples of different composition or concentration in order to characterize macromolecular interactions such as reversible self- and hetero-association of proteins, reaction rates and affinities of irreversible aggregation, or virial coefficients. This instrument is able to generate binding constants.
Wyatt Technology Dawn Heleos II Multi-angle Light Scattering Detector (MALS): The Dawn Heleos II Multi-angle, digital signal processing (DSP) light scattering detector, and its associated devices, work inline with our GE AKTA Purifier. It is a 18-angle research grade light scattering photometer with Peltier-driven temperature regulation for the read head that can be used for the measurement of absolute MW, size, and conformation of macromolecules in solution.
Biacore X100: The Biacore X100 uses Surface Plasmon Resonance to measure interactions in real-time, and can be used for characterization of kinetic and affinity properties of protein-protein interactions.
Malvern MicroCal PEAQ-ITC: The Malvern MicroCal PEAQ-ITC allows for the collection of label-free thermodynamic measurements including the binding affinity (Kd), reaction stoichiomery (n), enthalpy (ΔH), and entropy (ΔS) for protein complexes.
