Support for Children, Teens & Young Adults

At MD Anderson, we understand the special needs of children with cancer. The Children's Cancer Hospital has many programs that help young patients and their family members cope with the social and emotional issues they face during and after cancer treatment. Age-appropriate support groups allow kids to interact with others who are going through the same cancer experience. Family-centered care allows the child's parents to take an active role in their child's care.
