How do I schedule/change an appointment?
If it has been longer than three years since the patient’s last visit, call askMDAnderson at 877-632-6789 and select option 2 to start the appointment process. You will need to update any biographical and insurance information that has changed.
If it has been less than three years since the patient’s last visit, log in to MyChart to request or change an appointment.
How do I contact the care team/care center?
For urgent matters, please call your clinic or a member of your care team. To be transferred to your clinic, call 866-689-1126 and select option 4.
For non-urgent matters, log in to your MyChart account and:
- Go to "Messaging" in the menu at the top
- Select "Ask a Question"
- Select "New Medical Question"
- Select your provider care team in the drop-down menu.
- Type your message in the comment box.
Each message goes to the entire care team to ensure your message is read in a timely manner. If you need to add a provider to your list, please ask your care team or center staff to do so.
Where can I find patient education documents?
Online, you can visit the MD Anderson Knowledge Center for the latest blog posts, articles, videos, podcasts and news releases.
You can also visit the main MD Anderson website site to search for downloadable/printable information sheets on various conditions, procedures and medications.
In person, you can conduct your own research or attend a class at one of MD Anderson’s Learning Centers. Visit the Patient Education website for a full schedule of classes and locations.
