Education Objectives

To bring together the Division of Radiation Oncology faculty to discuss and plan strategic initiatives in translational radiation science, advanced technologies and clinical operations.

• Pre-registration is now closed so we can prepare for shipment, you may register on-site.
• On-site registration opens with lunch at 12:00 noon on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018.  The conference will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, and will adjourn on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. 
• Advanced registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited.
• Registration includes the retreat, Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and all breaks.

• Please note:  This meeting is for MD Anderson Radiation Oncology Division Faculty and is NOT open to the public.

If you are unable to attend or cancel the Radiation Oncology Research Retreat please call 713-792-2223 or email register@mdanderson.org, so we may not incur added expenses. 

The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date, if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary.  Each registrant will be notified by mail, email or the contact numbers as given on the registration form.

The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
