Agendas are subject to change because we are always striving to improve the quality of your educational experience.  MD Anderson may substitute faculty with comparable expertise on rare occasions necessitated by illness, schedule conflicts and so forth.

Pre-registration is now closed, Welcome Reception and On-Site Registration opens at 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019.

Registration re-opens at 7 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Brown Palace Hotel.  The opening session of the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019, and the conference will adjourn at 1:10 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019.

Advanced registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited.

The conference registration includes tuition, breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and the welcome reception.

Accommodations

 A block of rooms has been reserved for course attendees at the Brown Palace Hotel, 321 17th Street, Denver, CO 80202.  Early hotel reservation is suggested.  The hotel phone number is 303-297-3111.  When you make reservations, be sure to mention the MD Anderson 5th Annual Immuno-Therapy in Myeloma Scientific Workshop to be assured of receiving the special meeting rate of $229.00 single or double occupancy.  Please add 15.75% for state and local taxes. Reservations and deposits received after April 22, 2019, will be confirmed if space is available and at currently published hotel guest room rates.
