Call for Posters
Poster displays will be held November 11 and November 12 in conjunction with the evening receptions. If interested in presenting a poster, send an abstract (maximum of 200 words) to iBRIGHT2019@mdanderson.org, along with the title, authors and affiliations and contact information, no later than September 15, 2019. Applicants will be notified with final instructions by October 1, 2019.
Submission requirements for poster display:
- Abstract title; authors and affiliations; contact information
- Final printed poster dimensions 46”w x 36”h
Poster speed presentation:
- Maximum of 3 PPT or PDF slides (1st slide should show abstract title; authors and affiliations)
- 1.5 minute speed presentation
Student Travel Awards – for those traveling from outside the Houston area
A limited number of iBRIGHT Student Travel Awards are available on a first come, first served basis for those presenting posters on Monday or Tuesday of the conference. Awards of up to $500 must be used for travel expenses associated with meeting attendance. To be considered for an award, your poster abstract must be submitted to iBRIGHT2019@mdanderson.org, by September 15, 2019. Notification of awards will be on or before October 1, 2019.
On-site registration opens at 7:30 am on Monday, November 11, 2019. The conference will begin at 8:00 am on Monday, November 11, 2019 and adjourn on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 2:00 pm
Advance registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited.

Registration includes: Access to full conference, continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, receptions and mixers during poster sessions.

If you register online, a receipt/confirmation letter will be automatically emailed to the email address you list on the registration form. If you register by fax or mail, a receipt/confirmation letter will be sent to you within 10 working days of the receipt of your fee.
The registration fee (minus $50 administrative handling fee), is fundable if a written request is received on or before October 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after this date. Requests for refunds must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution. Although no refunds will be granted after October 1, 2019, you may transfer your registration to a colleague by contacting CME management at the phone numbers above or email email@example.com to process the transfer of your registration to a colleague.
The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date, if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by mail, email or the contact numbers as given on the registration form.
In case of activity cancellation, liability of the Department of CME/Conference Management is limited to the registration fee. CME/Conference Management will refund the full registration fee.
The Department of CME/Conference Management reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Mays Clinic Garage: Self parking is $12 per day. Enter the Mays Clinic Garage at Entrance 5, located on Bertner Avenue between Holcombe Boulevard and Pressler Street. When you enter the Mays Clinic building, go to the third floor and follow the hallway signs to the Duncan Building, or ask a security guard for directions. Take Elevator Q up to the conference center located on floor 8.
You can enter on foot through the Mays Clinic via J.V. Johnson Avenue or through the main entrance via Pressler Street.
MD Anderson employees are encouraged to park in their normal location
