Videoconferencing at MD Anderson

Telehealth Services provides videoconferencing services and support to MD Anderson Center Center.

The facilities available for use by MD Anderson faculty and staff include small (1-15 seat) rooms as well as large (50-300) seat auditoriums. These rooms are located in many of the main campus buildings. MD Anderson locations outside of the Houston campus area also have videoconferencing rooms. These include the regional care centers and the Smithville and the Bastrop campuses.

Services include connections using the commodity Internet, ISDN, along with access to the UT System/LEARN and Internet2 networks. Telehealth Services also provides access to multipoint bridges for multi-site videoconferences.
