Therapeutic Alternatives at M. D. Anderson for Patients with MDS
Leukemia Insights - Winter 2008
Once the diagnosis of MDS is made and the patient is properly classified, the question is what is the best therapy for the patient. In our center, we still classify patients by IPSS score, although we may decide on introducing therapy earlier based on our new models described above. A list with characteristics of our current protocols is available on the M. D. Anderson Web site. The information provided is continuously updated.
