Try these non-alcoholic recipes at your next festive gathering. Remember to keep your serving sizes in check so you’ll avoid drinking too many empty calories.

Juice Sparkler Recipe

If you enjoy a drink with fizz, try this fruity sparkler. It’s got just a fraction of the calories and sugar found in most alcoholic beverages. For an extra festive twist and added flavor, toss in floating citrus slices, fresh mint or pomegranate seeds.

Pineapple Blast Drink Recipe

Prefer a frozen cocktail? Try this low-fat pineapple smoothie.  The hint of vanilla and mint create an exotic flavor that’ll instantly transport you to a tropical island in the midst of winter.

Sparkling Grape Punch Recipe

This crowd-pleasing drink recipe packs a hefty antioxidant punch. The grapes provide a powerful dose of resveratrol — the same cancer-preventing antioxidant in red wine — without any of alcohol’s drawbacks.
