Why drink less alcohol?

Even a small amount of alcohol can increase a person's risk for oral and colorectal cancers, and a woman’s risk of breast and liver cancers. You can keep your cancer risk in check by limiting the amount you drink each day. It’s even better if you avoid alcohol altogether.
